Visitor-based routing means country, language, device, browser, operating system, header, query parameter, user agent, human vs bot, and CIDR range.

What counts as a click?
A redirect served by one of your routes. We try to filter out automated traffic like web crawlers, AI scrapers, and other unwanted clicks, so you don't pay for wasted ones. We meter clicks, not how many routes or targets you have.
What happens if I go over my allowance?
Past your plan's monthly allowance, and a 1,000-click buffer, usage bills at $1.50 per 1,000 clicks. If you're over most months, a bigger plan is usually the cheaper answer.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Every plan except Enterprise is self-serve, so you can change plans yourself. Enterprise and custom pricing go through us.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Pricing follows clicks, not people or links.
